Kale & Mango Green Tea Smoothie
1 1/2 cups frozen mango pieces
1 packed cup baby spinach
1 large kale leaf, remove rib
Small handful fresh mint leaves
1/4 large Lebanese cucumber
1 cup chilled Bodhi Organic ViridiTEA (green tea)
Small handful of pistachios
- Place all ingredients, except pistachios, in your blender and mix until smooth and well combined.
- Pour into 2 glasses and top with roughly chopped pistachios and some mint leaves.
