Gut-loving Mango Breakfast smoothie

This skin-nourishing smoothie will start your day off on the right foot. It’s packed with protein, vitamin C, beta-carotene, collagen and probiotic goodness to support your skin health. We’ve supercharged this delicious smoothie with Bodhi Organic LuminosiTEA, made with ginger, turmeric, cinnamon and collagen, which helps boost collagen production and reduces skin inflammation.

 

Skin-Nourishing Mango Breakfast Smoothie

1 cup organic plant-based milk (e.g. coconut, almond)
¼ cup organic coconut kefir or yoghurt
¼ cup natural muesli
½ cup diced mango
1 small frozen banana
1/2 tsp hemp seeds
1/2 tsp Bodhi Organic LuminosiTEA
Small handful crushed pistachios for topping

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients in your food processor or blender.
  2. Pour into a glass and top with crushed nuts, and enjoy!
